AQUARYLIS ships internationally from Tokyo, Japan.

Each jewelry piece is carefully packed and shipped by EMS — Japan Post Express Mail Service.

After shipment, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the delivery status online.

Shipping Schedule

• Items are usually shipped within 2 business days after your order is confirmed.

• If you order multiple items, shipment may take up to 3 business days.

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese national holidays.

• All international orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

• Taiwan: usually 2–4 days

• United States: usually 4–10 days

• United Kingdom: usually 4–10 days

• Australia: usually 4–10 days

• Other countries: please contact us before ordering

Please note that delivery may take longer depending on the destination country, postal conditions, customs clearance, local holidays, or other circumstances.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, handling fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

If any charges occur, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the customs authorities of each country.

AQUARYLIS is unable to predict or calculate the exact amount in advance.

Before placing an order, please check your country’s import rules if necessary.

Customs Declaration and Invoice

For international shipments, AQUARYLIS will prepare the required customs documents accurately.

Even if the item is purchased for personal use, it is a paid purchase from our online store.

Therefore, the package will be declared as a purchased item with the actual purchase price.

We are unable to mark the package as a gift or declare a lower value in order to avoid customs duties or taxes.

If Your Package Is Held by Customs

In some cases, a package may be held by customs in your country.

Customs clearance may take several days to a few weeks.

If your tracking status shows that the package is being held by customs, please contact your local customs office or postal service directly.

Once the package has left Japan, AQUARYLIS may not be able to contact the customs office in your country on your behalf.

The recipient may be required to provide information, confirm the import purpose, or pay customs duties or taxes before delivery.

We kindly ask customers to contact their local customs office or postal service if necessary.

For Customers in Taiwan

For shipments to Taiwan, the recipient may be required to complete real-name authentication and customs confirmation through the EZ WAY app.

Please make sure that the recipient’s name, mobile phone number, and address are entered correctly when placing your order.

If you are using EZ WAY, please make sure your order information matches the information registered in the app.

After shipment, you may receive a notification from EZ WAY, Taiwan Customs, or the local delivery company.

Please complete the required customs confirmation by yourself.

If the required confirmation is not completed, the package may be delayed, held by customs, or returned to Japan.

Customs duties, business tax, handling fees, or other import charges may apply depending on Taiwan Customs regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

AQUARYLIS will declare the item accurately as a purchased item with the actual purchase price.

We are unable to mark the package as a gift or declare a lower value.

Personal Use

Most AQUARYLIS customers purchase jewelry for personal use.

However, customs rules differ by country.

Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order, especially for high-value jewelry, silver jewelry, gold-filled jewelry, pearls, gemstones, or natural stone jewelry.

If a Package Is Returned Due to Customs Issues

If a package is returned to AQUARYLIS because of customs issues, unpaid customs duties, refusal of delivery, incomplete customs procedures, or incorrect recipient information, we will contact you after the package is returned to us.

In such cases:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping fees or additional costs may be deducted from the refund

• If you would like the item to be shipped again, additional shipping fees may apply

• Refunds will be processed after the item has safely returned to AQUARYLIS

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the item has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Email address

• Details of your request

Return Policy

As all AQUARYLIS jewelry is one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns except in the case of defective items.

If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In the same condition as when received

• Returned with all packaging, cards, and included items

• Sent back with tracking

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

海外発送・通関について

海外発送の商品はEMSで日本から発送いたします。

お客様が個人使用目的でご購入される場合でも、オンラインストアでのご購入品は有償取引となるため、インボイスには実際の商品内容・購入金額を正確に記載いたします。


関税・輸入税・VAT・通関手数料等が発生した場合は、お客様のご負担となります。

また、商品が日本を出た後、現地の税関で荷物が保留される場合があります。

その際は、受取人であるお客様ご自身で、現地の税関または配送会社へお問い合わせをお願いいたします。

台湾宛の発送では、EZ WAYアプリでの実名認証・通関確認が必要になる場合があります。

ご注文時は、EZ WAYに登録しているお名前・携帯電話番号・住所と一致する情報をご入力ください。
